Sedu Education Oy online store delivery conditions
General information
The online store is owned by Sedu Education Oy (2791670-5). We sell educational products and services to both individuals and companies and communities.
Finnish law, JYSE palvelut 2014 (fin) terms and conditions and these order terms apply to online shopping.
We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, as well as the right to cancel the training or postpone its date.
Ordering and order confirmation
Products are ordered via the internet via the www.verkkokauppa.sedu.fi shopping cart.
For all orders, an order confirmation is sent to your e-mail, which details the ordered products, the price of the order and possible delivery costs. In order to receive an order confirmation, the customer must provide an e-mail address when placing the order.
The content of the order can also be checked through the user account in the online store.
The customer commits to the delivery conditions in force with each order.
Prices and taxes
In the case of orders made from the online store, the valid price is the one displayed in the online store at the time of the order.
The rights to price changes are reserved. All prices are shown in euros (EUR).
The product prices displayed in the online store include the applicable value added tax at any given time.
Payment methods
Products, services and their possible delivery costs are paid in connection with the order in the online store via the online bank. All communication between the online store and the payment service provider is SSL protected.
Payment service provider
Svea Bank AB (3237195-7) operates as the provider of the payment brokerage service in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.
Svea appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Svea has a payment institution license.
Order information is always sent to the payment broker using a secure internet connection.

Payment in the online store with Svea's payment solution
Using our payment solution, paying for purchases in the online store is easy, safe and fast.
The online store payment solutions we offer enable you to pay for your purchases smoothly: choose the payment method that suits you, whether you wanted to pay for your purchases mobile with MobilePay or in some cases with an installment payment, also known as installment payment.
Our solution also handles online payment through all Finnish banks. Paying online couldn't be easier with our payment methods.

Returns
Product returns
Online store products have a fourteen (14) day right of return. Products to be returned must be unused. If the customer wants to return the product, the customer must return it to the person who delivered the product within the aforementioned deadline. All costs arising from the return are paid by the returner, unless there is a clear error in the delivery caused by the supplier.
Cancellation of the training product must be completed within fourteen (14) days from the time of purchase. Registrations canceled after this will be charged the full participation fee.
Complaints
The customer is obliged to present a payment receipt when complaining about a product defect.
A free-form complaint must be submitted in writing by email to the address verkkokauppa.akatemia@sedu.fi. After receiving the complaint, the online store will contact the customer by email or phone within seven (7) business days.
Obstacle force majeure
The online store is not responsible for preventing, hindering or delaying the delivery of the order due to circumstances beyond the online store's control. If Sedu Education Oy is unable to deliver the ordered product or service at all due to force majeure, the payment will be returned to the customer.
Other information
The right to change the terms of delivery is reserved. Before placing an order, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery conditions valid at any given time. The online store's privacy policy describes the processing of customer data.
