Visual inspection 1 - Visual inspection 1 training is intended for all welders who visually inspect the quality of welds in their work. VT1 In the training, you will learn to measure, identify and report welding defects. Welded structures content: • Basics of visual control • SFS-EN ISO 17637 • a-measure and its concepts • titles of welding defects SFS-EN ISO 6520 • measuring devices and measurement of welding joints, a-measurement • reporting of welding errors • the causes of welding errors and what is necessary for different welding processes • for the fatigue resistance of welding defects • practical weld inspection exercises The duration of the training is 24 hours. Training only if there are at least 15 participants. Teaching language: Finnish.
